Two weeks into my diet. Didn’t eat any flex points at All last week. Eating my weight in vegetables every day. Weighed in up for the second day in a row. I now weigh more than I did last Tuesday. Stupid body.
Saw a great house today that Dan and I really thought we might be able to afford. Came home. Thought about it. Called friends. We can’t afford it… Stupid fiscal responsibility.
Nothing ventured. Something gained.

Here you go Lee- my original low, low cal smoothie - delicious and nutritous! Blender 1/2 full of ice, one container of yogurt (get your calcium!) any flavor to compliment your fruit you are going to add. I use vanilla or straw/banana. Slice a handful of strawberries and a small banana. Add just enough milk (skim or 2% of course) so it blends! 6 to 8 pts for the entire blender depending on what you use!! When are you coming back, I still miss you!?!
Oooo, sounds perfect for the summer! I also have a secret weapon that goes like this: Cut one small yummy apple into small chunks (I like honey crisp or pink ladies) and top with 1/2 cup lowfat plain StoneyField Farms yogurt (it has fiber so fewer points) and either a tablespoon of your favorite honey and some cinnamon (3 pts) OR two tablespoons of shredded coconut and a sprinkle of candied ginger YUM (5 pts) Miss you guys too!
This sounds way healthy and confusing, and requires the one thing I don't have: discipline. :) Good luck!
